From humble beginnings, CSBKLLC and Custom sheds by Keith started with a 4x8 flatbed trailer and an idea that customers did not have to settle for cookie cutter sheds and terrible customer service.
My goals have never changed. Providing a superior custom product along with superior customer service and an open and honest line of communication.
This simple philosophy has allowed me to build hundreds of custom sheds, cabins and tiny houses for the most wonderful customers around the DFW metroplex. I have also had the great fortune of hiring wonder and caring carpenters to help fulfill these custom dreams.
Dignity Park
Dignity Park is a proposed planned community to help low or no income homeless individuals have a home in a safe environment. Rent can be based on an individuals income and the project can be designed and scaled to suite the needs of each city or non-profit.
Moving more people into permanent housing options, as opposed to temporary beds, has become a recognized best practice. In 2007, 31 percent of homeless assistance beds were dedicated to permanent housing options.
